I mostly bought this because I liked how it looked, honestly. The color is really nice, and the shell has this clean design that feels stylish but not too much, if that makes sense. It did get a few little marks after the first trip, which was a bit annoying, but nothing major. Still looks good overall. For the price, yeah, I’m happy with it

"Surprisingly roomy and easy to organise"
I bought a suitcase from Aerolite Luggage and felt relieved once I started packing it. I was half expecting to have to leave a few things behind, but I managed to fit clothes, shoes, and some extra bits for a week away without too much hassle. The pockets are really handy for keeping everything tidy too. It does get a little tight if you push it and overpack, but overall I’m happy with it and glad I gave it a try.

I had a small issue with my suitcase order and wasn’t sure if I was overthinking it at first, but I emailed them anyway. They replied quickly and got it sorted without making it weird or complicated. They also kept me updated, which I really appreciated. Ended up being really happy with it, and I’d definitely buy from Aerolite again.

"Surprisingly Fast Delivery"
The bag showed up in just two days, which was faster than I expected. The box had a small dent in it, but luckily everything inside was fine. Not bad at all, especially considering I wasn’t expecting much.

"Felt too flimsy for me"
I really wanted to like this, and I did give it a fair try, but it just felt too flimsy overall. Maybe it would be fine for light use, but for what I needed, I didn’t feel confident it would hold up. I don’t think I’m being overly picky here, it just didn’t feel sturdy enough.

i mean, one of my wheels cracked after a few months, which was annoying. I sent over some photos and they ended up sorting a replacement under warranty. It did take a bit of chasing to get it moving, but overall I’m happy enough with how it turned out

I’ve only used this twice and the shell already has dents in it. I don’t know how many times I’m supposed to explain that luggage should be able to handle basic travel, but this just feels too weak for regular use. Disappointing.

I got my money back quickly, which I really appreciated. Support did take a little longer to respond than I expected, though. I also wish the instructions were clearer from the start, since that would’ve made the whole process a lot easier.

My luggage showed up with decent protection around it, and everything inside was in perfect shape. The box had a little dent on one corner, but the case itself was totally fine, which is what really matters. It wasn’t fancy packaging or anything, but for most of us customers, I think we just want it to arrive safely and without hassle. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I bought a case from aeroliteluggage.co.uk a few months back, and to be fair, the zippers are still working really well. I’ve stuffed the case full a couple of times and they haven’t snagged, split, or felt like they were about to give out. I did feel a bit dismissed when I had a question early on, which wasn’t great, but the case itself has been solid. The zips are usually the first thing I worry about on luggage, so I’m glad they actually seem decent on this one.

I kept trying to make the payment, but it kept glitching over and over. After a while, I felt kind of trapped because I couldn’t tell if the order was going through or if I should start over. Not a great experience.

I ordered a suitcase and it did show up, but it was a couple days later than the tracking originally made it seem. I’m not totally sure if that was the seller, the carrier, or just a tracking mix-up, so I can’t really say what happened. The box looked fine and the suitcase itself was okay, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the delivery updates had been a bit clearer.

"Easy to Use, Just a Bit Slow at Times"
I had a smooth time using the website overall. The menu was easy to understand, and filtering through the luggage options was simple without feeling confusing. The only downside was that a few pages loaded a little slowly on my phone, which got slightly annoying after a while. That said, it wasn’t a huge problem, and everything still worked fine in the end.
